resolutions

in 2008, we learned a lot about healthy living, healthy environment, and giving to those in need. in 2009, we are resolved to practicing what we learned and not reverting to old ways.
  • we have a family gym membership and our goal is to exercise at least 2 times per week.
  • most grocery shopping will be done at whole foods. we will purchase all natural/organic whenever possible. no hydrogenated oils, no high fructose, no enriched flour.
  • no chemical cleaning products will enter our house. we now know how to make our own cleaning solutions.
  • we will not use antibacterial soaps.
  • we will purchase a minimum of 1 food item for donation at every trip to the grocery store.

Good luck on your resolutions. Some are easier done than others.

Don't forget to check out Woodmans Market if you have one close enough. They have lots of natural/organic choices and possibly some better deals than Whole Foods.
